Schedule Free InspectionFrequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my water needs treatment?
Common signs include bad taste, staining on sinks or laundry, cloudy or discolored water, or buildup on fixtures. Even if your water seems fine, testing is the only way to be sure it’s safe and clean. We offer fast, accurate testing and walk you through the results.
What’s the lifespan of a typical pump system?
Most well pump systems last between 8–15 years, depending on water quality, usage, and maintenance. Regular servicing can extend that lifespan and prevent sudden breakdowns.
Can you test for contaminants like iron and hardness?
Yes—we offer complimentary testing for iron, hardness, pH, and sulfur. We can also test for nitrates, arsenic, bacteria, lead, and much more (unfortunately not complimentary).
Do you handle emergency repairs?
Absolutely. If you’ve lost water or are dealing with a sudden system failure, call us. We prioritize emergency service calls and will work quickly to get you back up and running. Often same day repairs.
How much does a new system usually cost?
Costs vary based on system size, site conditions, and the type of equipment needed. We offer free on-site proposals with transparent pricing—no pressure, no surprises.
Do you offer financing?
Absolutely! Whether you’re tackling multiple projects or facing an unexpected repair, we offer flexible financing options to fit your needs. Our most popular plan provides 12 months of 0% interest.
